About Me

I live in Heber, UT along with my husband, 5 yr old daughter and year old son. I was raised in a family who enjoys sharing music. It was my father's dream to have his very own family bluegrass band, so I started playing the fiddle at age 6 with Jim Shupe. I studied under several National Fiddling Champions such as Tony Ludiker, Jaydean Ludiker and Chris Daring and also competed in the National Fiddling Competition that is held each year in Weiser, ID.

I have been a music educator since I was 14 years old, teaching fiddle lessons for the past 15 years. Together with my father and sister, I started the first ever fiddle group in Sevier County, which had over 30 students. The focus of the group was to spread the love of music and help students gain self confidence through performances.
